Won the 2006 U.S. Bank Championship. In the first round of the 2006 U.S. Bank Championship, Pavin set a PGA record for the lowest score to complete nine hole with a 26 and tied the record for fewest strokes for the first 36 holes of a PGA event with a 125.

Served as U.S. captain for the 2010 Ryder Cup.

Won the 2012 PGA Champions Tour Allianz Championship and has career earnings of more than $7 million since joining in 2010.
